Planning to attend STEM Talent 2011: A Symposium and Career Fair for Postdocs? Want help marketing yourself to potential employers? Looking to create a winning resume? Join us for this free event intended to help you better prepare for your job search.
This session will cover the basics of good networking and how to employ those tactics in a career fair setting. Additionally, it will cover the differences between resumes and CVs, when to use each, and how to write and edit these documents to attract employers more effectively. The goal is to provide resources to prepare you for the career fair.
